ISOLATOR SWITCHES, DISCONNECTORS, CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Appropriately certified isolation devices must be installed within in the line feeding electrical equipment in hazardous area, to allow safe electrical disconnection before inspection or service. Isolators can also provide cable or load protection function (circuit protector or circuit breakers). Socket outlets and lighting circuits not exceeding 20 Amps should be protected by an additional Residual Current Device. 
We offer a comprehensive range of Ex d enclosed isolator switches, circuit breakers and RCDs with external padlockable operating handle, 2, 3 or 4-pole, for AC or DC application, in three product families:
EJB1D125             up to 125 Amps
EJB4D400            up to 400 Amps
EJB6D800            up to 800 Ampps
EJB7D1600          up to 1600 Amps
The entries and the internal terminals are designed for the direct connection of up to 6 conductors in parallel, based on the rated current. The internal protection earth connection facilities are generously sized to suit the application.
